[[Uriko paces back and forth in her room. Back and forth, back and forth... Then she finally goes for the journal, mouth open to speak... but then no... nothing... The Zoanthrope walks away, pacing again, now with an expression of thought. Finally, again, she approaches the journal!]]

[[Nope... she wanders off again. Pacing, pacing, pacing... Eventually she'll come out with it, but she's been a little stuck on what Kurt was doing during the experiment. She'd have addressed it earlier, but she was sort of a cat around the time Kurt was running about being evil.

Finally, Uriko just blurts it out.]]

Hey, Kurt... remember all that stuff you said before? [[She puts her hands on her hips]] Did you really wanna go out with me, or were you just all confused from the experiment?

Uhh, no. No transforming. I only look, well, normal, because of a holo watch I wear. But it ahh, didn't exactly fit when I was tiny.

So you were born like... blue and stuff like a... a... [[...an elf?]] Well I dunno what but like... I was born this way too... with the ability to transform.

Yeah, I was born like this. Like a monster. [He lets out a sigh. It's not as sad or bitter as it could be, more of just a weary one.] And there's no one else in the world who looks like me.

What're you saying Kurt! You're not a monster! You were tiny, but you were kinda cute.

Well, there's nobody in the world that looks like anyone, unless you have a twin. I'm like... the only cat Zoanthrope back home. And my mom is a boar... don't ask me how that works...

Still Kurt! It's nothing like that. We're different... so what? Doesn't make you a monster or anything. [[She can only say what she knows, but hse can't FORCE him to feel better, just that she's totally fine with who he is.]]

Maybe for people here, it doesn't seem that weird, but where I'm from... and when I'm my full size, I've scared enough people to know what they think of me.

[The whole mother being a boar thing is just... yeah, doesn't know how to respond to that.]

Well, look at it this way... at least while you're here.

Everyone I thought would think I was weird was totally cool with it. Maybe I like, y'know, get some kind of bonus for being part cat, but nobody freaked out. Even Haruki was like... "Can I touch your paw?".

I know this isn't home Kurt, but, everybody here's cool with this kind of stuff. But, like, don't let me force you to change what you're doing or anything. I'm just saying it'll be okay. ...Here.

I know that. But it's one thing for people to accept you and another for people to think you're normal. I know people aren't going to make a big deal... sure, maybe a few will freak out, but they'll get over it. But I still won't be human to them.

People see me as human still. Like, so many people take things as like... what they see all the time. I'm sure it'll be the same for you. Like, there's the truth, and then people will think you turn into your lil blue fuzzy look just becuse they don't see it often.
